Green Tourmaline Canvas Print

from £100.00

Named after the Green Tourmaline Crystal, this abstract piece underlines the beauty of healing in the same way that the crystal is used for its healing energies, clearing negative auras, and providing a sense of peace and calm to the heart and nervous system.

On our individual journeys, we often have to take time out for ourselves to reflect and recharge in order to become the best versions of ourselves, as illustrated by the bold white strokes overcoming the deep dark green shades in this abstract piece.

Make it stand out

Green Tourmaline is a unique piece of artwork that is a part of Pathways, a bold and engaging series created by using pouring medium and a spectrum of different colour acrylic paints.

This piece has been created by using the swipe technique, dragging the paint vertically from the centre outwards. This technique is very unpredictable and as such, artist Nicole Thornton had limited control over the outcome of it. The only variables she could control were the colours used, the order in which they were poured and the direction they were swiped in. Once Nicole began, she had no control of the effect created and yet, managed to produce such a stunning piece of art.

Hence, Pathways is a series that is reflective of the different paths we all embark on. No matter how much we try to plan for tomorrow, the month or the year ahead, there is only so much we can do to control the future. You will never know the blessings or challenges you may face but it is up to you to see the beauty in this undeniable truth about life.

This series is an abstract visual representation of the beauty in our own unique paths and we hope it will encourage you to see the beauty in yours…

Artist Nicole Thornton purposefully created Green Tourmaline using a combination of green, yellow and white colours that together, creating a tasteful abstract art piece.

All canvas prints are made in the UK, competed with a gloss sheen finish and hand-stretched around a solid 0.7" (2 cm) thick frame.

“Having such a unique piece of green artwork is something that I have wanted for a long time but I never found the right piece until now. This canvas piece really looks like an original piece of artwork and has a beautiful finish. It really is worth the investment!”
