Delivery of Original Artwork and Prints

All original artwork is packaged and shipped internally. All prints are produced and shipped by a third party to ensure that customers receive a swift delivery. As such, we offer flat prices for the delivery of artwork sitewide, including:

• United Kingdom: Free Standard Post (2 – 5 working days)

• Europe: €10.62 Standard Post (3 – 7 working days)

• United States: $25.66 Standard Post (5 – 10 working days)

• Canada: $30.80 Standard Post (5 - 10 working days)

• West Indies: $21.66 Standard Post (5 - 10 working days)

Delivery of Commissioned Artwork

The price and estimated delivery time for the shipment of commissions will vary according to your specific needs and the overall weight and size of the parcel containing your commission. As such, you will be informed of the delivery price and estimated delivery date of your commission once the commission has been completed.

Customs Import Duty & Taxes

For all international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country. We are also not responsible for holding times of packages by customs.

Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties or other custom charges you may incur when purchasing from us and importing to your country. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Before placing your order, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges.

MADE BY NICOLE is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that their item(s) are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. As such, we recommend that customers regularly check the status of their order when the tracking number is provided to avoid delays.

Cancellations

If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a mandatory £40 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
