A number of customers have requested canvas prints of some pieces and we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that we can deliver top quality canvas prints to your doorstep!
This option is great for those of you who want an art piece that is more than a high-quality paper print because each canvas print captures elements of an original piece through its character and composition. All canvas prints are made in the UK, competed with a gloss sheen finish and hand-stretched around a solid 0.7" (2 cm) thick frame. As such, they are ready to hang which eliminates the hassle of having to purchase a frame for your artwork separately.
We also offer the option for your canvas print to be embellished, which means artist Nicole Thornton will add specific details to your canvas print that will make it completely unique and one-of-a-kind! If you would like to order an embellished canvas print, please do not place an order for your canvas print via this website and instead, contact artist Nicole Thornton directly at madeby.nicole@hotmail.com. Please make sure you specify what canvas print you would like to order, its size and how exactly you want it to be embellished if you know how you would like your canvas print adapted and tailored to your taste (if not, Nicole will be happy to work her magic and make your canvas print special!).
All canvas prints are outsourced to a third party that will print, mount and dispatch your order to you. As such, all canvas prints are made to order so please allow up to 7 to 10 working days delivery. If you have placed an order for an embellished canvas print, it will first be sent to Nicole who will then work into the piece and dispatch it to you personally after it has dried - please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
To install your canvas print on you wall in your home, we recommend using command strips which make decorating quick and easy - no tools necessary! Once correctly installed, your canvas print will be locked in and holding tight. The best part of using command strips is that when you are ready to take down or move your pictures, they come off cleanly so there will be no nail holes, cracked plaster or sticky residue. However, make sure you buy the correct size command strip for the relevant size canvas print you order (medium for 29.7 x 21cm canvas prints and large for 60.9 x 40.6cm and 76.2 x 50.8cm). We recommend purchasing command strips from Amazon.
